Mahanaim이란 무엇인가?

"Mahanaim(마하나임)"은 히브리어로 **"하나님의 군대"**를 의미합니다.
이 이름은 성경 창세기 32장 1~2절에서 처음 등장합니다.

야곱이 형 에서를 만나러 가는 길에,
두려움과 불안 속에 있을 때,
하나님은 그에게 천사의 군대를 보여주십니다.
야곱은 그곳을 보고 이렇게 말했습니다.

"이는 하나님의 군대라."
그래서 그 곳 이름을 **마하나임(Mahanaim)**이라 하였더라. (창세기 32:2)

What is Mahanaim?

Mahanaim means "God’s army" in Hebrew.
It first appears in Genesis 32:1-2, when Jacob was on his way to meet his brother Esau.

Afraid and uncertain, Jacob encountered God's angels on the way.
Seeing the heavenly host, Jacob declared:

"This is God’s camp."
So he named that place Mahanaim. (Genesis 32:2)

Mahanaim is more than a place of angels.
It is a reminder that:

• God walks with those who are afraid.
• We are not alone; the heavenly army stands with us.
• God's unseen protection and victory surround His people.

Mahanaim Mission Bridge was founded with this faith.
